The client is responsible for any/all purchases made on your behalf & mileage that exceed the local amount. Charges will be made with your personal Credit Card on file for purchases/services. Otherwise charges can be made with the concierge card and billed back to your card on file.

We understand emergency come up, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation after hours. You will be charge after hours prices and fees 2x and regular hourly rate is a separate charge NOT included in the after hour price/fee and all depends on availability!
